Ill Groove Society Presents: Wax Bandits

Description

Pre order is now available for our second vinyl EP, Wax Bandits — a 5‑track amen tearout from some of the hottest artist in the jungle scene. A1: Fez the Kid – Diamonds and Pearls Ragga‑driven jungle with a catchy dancehall hook. Fez blends a classic vocal with a weighty, system‑shaking 808 bassline, a proper sound‑system tune. A2: Alzoc III – Merciless A ruthless bitcrushed amen banger that channels the energy of 90s pirate radio, Alzoc’s unmistakeable gritty texture on full display. A3: DJ Sofa – Dark Trooper Sofa flips the vibes with an atmospheric stepper. Rolling drums, ambient detailing, and a tension that provides a darker side to the EP. B1: Fluid Haunts – Stamina Sharply produced with a serious weight in the drums. Fluid Haunts builds the intensity throughout this track with ragga vocals and a second drop which showcases his mastery of amen chopping. B2: Lavery – Lock Off Lavery’s signature sound: soulful intro, then straight into an amen tear‑out with a wicked dread bass. A perfect closer that ties the EP back to the roots.
