Echolalia LP

Description

Echolalia is a powerful, concept-driven electronic record shaped by neurodivergence. It explores internal "ghosts" and traces memory, identity and machine-like perception through a distinctly hauntological lens. It's been reviewed in The Wire (half page spread in September 2026 issue), reached #8 in the iTunes Belgium album chart, has support from Laurent Garnier and Underground Resistance, and has been played on RTÉ, Resonance FM, NTS and WYEP, among others. “Rather than simply pointing at the spectres of hauntological ur-texts, Coldwell rearranges their facsimile cadavers, reordering the detritus of hauntology into looping, shifting cycles to see if new meanings leak out.” “In seeing it as an autistic mode of expression, Coldwell is not simply scouring for nostalgic detritus — he’s using the recontextualisation of those artefacts as a way to connect new dots, find new patterns, administer his own therapy.” — The Wire
