‘ATR!P’ by TV HILL compiles abstract grooves with a Baltimore-infused sound. ‘OKEE’ opens the EP with four-to-the-floor percussion and chugging bass; industrial sounds and textures meandering through the track, creating a hazy soundscape before ‘CIRCULATE’ is charged with titillating, acid-infused synths and featherweight, suspenseful hi-hats, followed by ‘SINGLE BLOOM , a two-step club tool sprayed with fragmented textures and an airy overhead. ‘ATR!P’ closes the EP with ambient pads and electronic sounds that create an otherworldly presence, drawing the EP to a slower, more introspective ending.
