Creative studio Hidden Mountain opens a new curatorial agenda with Will You Still Love Me When I'm A System In The Ground? - a multimedia work using sound, text, and organic materials to examine the endurance, collapse, intimacy, and emergence of networks. The inaugural edition, Condition 01, uses physical modelling synthesis and experimental sequencing to emulate a jazz ensemble losing cohesion: chaotic, atonal compositions that erupt with unexpected bursts of energy before folding in on themselves. The 12" vinyl edition is accompanied by a mycelium form inoculated and cultivated under prolonged exposure to the recording, developed by Paris-based experimental design and material research studio Aléa Work.
