eri returns to her Find Your Own imprint this autumn with a new solo EP, three original cuts straddling the lines between raw, understated house and dub-infused techno, playfully pieced together with her signature dance floor focused flair. The vinyl only title-track ‘Love Me Right’ fuses together a bouncy bass groove, swinging drums, choppy vocal samples, and gritty rave stabs. Peak time undergound dance floor material. While B1 ‘Heads Down’ leans heavily into dub techno realms with intricately intertwined bass stabs, spiralling spatial echoes and stripped drums. Deep and emotive. B2 ‘Turn Me On’ then groovily merges the two worlds, bringing together sensual vocal stylings and weighty bass swell with gritty stab sequences and hypnotic chime melodies.
