Zarathustra

Description

Zaranthustra is the progressive rock album by the Italian band Museo Rosenbach. On the initial release it didn’t make it to the charts, but in the following years the album gained a big cult following worldwide, especially fans of bands like Van Der Graaf Generator, Pink Floyd, Magma, and Gentle Giant praise the album. The album blends hard rock and symphonic rock with philosophical lyrics diving into Nietzsche’s bibliography. The band was formed in 1971 when two bands, La Quinta Strada and Il Sistema, decided to work together. Before this they mostly played songs by others like Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, Steppenwolf, and Otis Redding, but it was Pink Floyd and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso that inspired them to make the concept album Zaranthustra. Zaranthustra is available as a limited edition on crystal clear vinyl.
