The Blue EP

Description

Active Systems returns with The Blue EP, a four-track release that pushes further into experimental, leftfield electronic music. Blending stark electro, fractured machine rhythms and industrial textures with distorted melodies and atmospheric warmth, the EP balances machine-driven intensity with abstract, emotionally ambiguous soundscapes, shaped through a hands-on approach to hardware-led production. Released independently through Split Lip Records, The Blue EP continues to establish Active Systems’ distinctive sonic identity, balancing mechanical precision with a more elusive, human and unpredictable edge.
