Al Trenzar Mis Penas

Description

AAl Trenzar Mis Penas is AFFRA’s debut album, an intimate and transformative work where she turns pain, memory and vulnerability into songs. Inspired by the tradition of Indigenous women braiding their hair to leave their sorrows there, AFFRA braids hers through singing. The album moves through wounds, grief, roots and self-care towards healing and hope, with her voice as refuge, mirror and a way of existing.
