Auto Mirage

Description

Auto-Mirage is the result of an artistic exploration built around the idea of escape. Many different settings could be associated with this album, without ever having to choose just one. It can feel like a carefree van trip with no particular destination, the start of a relaxed summer evening with friends or even a sleepless night filled with introspection. Its alternative identity flows between indie and surf pop, with touches of jazz and soul influences. The arrangements are meticulously crafted, adding depth to the compositions as well as authenticity to the voice. Auto-Mirage brings together recognized talents such as Olefonken (Hubbabubbaklubb) for the mixing part, Brian “Big Bass” Gardner for the mastering, the captivating voice of Swiss singer Sreya and the striking flights of UK harpist Rachel Kitchlew. This album blends visions and influences to create a project that can accompany anyone, in any situation, as long as it brings that sense of escape.
