Tabibito-Tachi LP

Description

We’re delighted to announce the new SFJ album Tabibito-tachi 旅人達 (The Travellers) on WONDERFULSOUND SFJ's album under the duo name, due for release at the end of November. As Oscar SHOLTO Robertson and David Bardon's first outing as recording artists in their own right — following years spent producing and playing session for other acts — the campaign is in its early stages, with the album's arrival set to anchor the wider push. A live launch party in London is planned around the LP's end-of-November release date, marking the duo's first live outing to celebrate the record. Radio and press activity is yet to come; the campaign will build from the single's release through to the album launch and live show. Recorded in Rented apartments and rehearsal rooms on the move last year through Japan, China and London, the album grew out of a constantly shifting creative process. "We set up wherever we were staying, turning temporary rooms into makeshift studios and capturing ideas as they emerged between journeys."
