Description
Create the Life is the debut EP from Char (Charnelle Williams), a Detroit native, dance educator, and multifaceted artist whose work moves with the pulse of the dance floor. Influenced by her father's contributions to the Motown Sound, Char’s musical sensibilities were shaped by a deep connection to rhythm and soul. This flowing, feminine, and forward-thinking EP features vocal-driven warmth on “Fall On Me,” broken beat energy on “Create the Life,” and radiant, uplifting grooves on “Surrender” & “Go In Graceee.” After years of anticipation and a steady presence in Julion De’Angelo’s electrifying sets worldwide, these tracks now find their home on Maybee Hill Music. A bold step forward, Create the Life lands with warmth, rhythm, and undeniable glow.
